In order to be eligible for this type of training visa in Australia you must be:
- Sponsored
- Nominated by an approved sponsor
- Invited (if your sponsor is a Commonwealth Government institution)
- Your nomination and sponsorship have to be attached to your visa application.
- You must be 18 years old or older at the time we decide your visa application.
- You and any family members who apply for the visa with you must meet the health requirement.
- You and family members aged 16 years and over who apply for the visa with you must meet our character requirement.
- Have adequate health insurance
- A genuine temporary entrant
- Sign the Australian values statement
- Have paid back your debt to the Australian Government
- Not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused
